Your students have returned from spring break and you want them to write an essay on what they did during their break. You decide you will go paperless and use Google Classroom for the first time.
- Go to Google Classroom (https://classroom.google.com) and sign in as a teacher.
- Click the Plus symbol to create your first class. Name your class English Grade 7 (2xxxxxx-1) and then go into the class.
- Select the "Students" tab and invite Jacob Kerr, Ethan Reed and Sam Nash to your class. (Hint: Make sure you're looking in the school's Directory and not just your contacts.)
- Go to the "Stream" and create a new assignment titled Spring Break with a due date within the next 2 weeks. Include the assignment template Essay template_Highlights of Spring break from Drive and use the option to create a new copy for all students. (Hint: Make sure that you include the assignment template before you assign to your students)
